At Shuddh Bite, we strive to deliver your favorite snacks quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how your order is processed.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days (extra charges may apply).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier partner delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to Cod Orders.

  • Express shipping (if selected) is charged based on location and weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section on our website.

6. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us.

  • If the package is marked as delivered but not received, report it within 48 hours.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach soon!
