Shuddh Bite – Return and Refund Policy

At Shuddh Bite, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality snacks that reflect the purity and authenticity of traditional Indian flavors. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we have implemented the following return and refund policy to ensure a fair and smooth experience for our customers.


1. Returns

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or with quality issues.

  • Incorrect Items: If the items delivered do not match your order.

To initiate a refund, please share the following within 24 hours of receiving the order:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photograph showing the issue with the product

After verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been consumed or altered

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@shuddhbite.com. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
